It's customer appreciation at Dish on Hayne

 

EVERY VIP SECTION on FRIDAY at Dish on Hayne is FREE until further notice.  Birthday party, Anniversary party, Engagement party, Who Dat parties, Company Christmas party...whatever your celebrating....it's FREE for you and your entire guest every Friday.

One VIP section per person

Doors open at 9pm featuring New Orleans hottest well known DJ’s and radio personalities hit you with the hottest sounds.   

 

SATURDAY:

 

9pm-until a cover charge is applied and our DJ puts it down.

 

Dress Code:  Dish on Hayne is a classy and sophisticated lounge catering to the Grown, Sexy and Mature groups of people.

 

All men are asked to forgo wearing Ball caps, Sport shoes, Sleeveless and T-shirts, jersey’s, Hooded jackets, shorts and you must be 23 to enter.   ID’s are checked at the door.

 

All women are asked to keep it stylish and you must be 21 to enter.  ID’s are checked at the door.  The Lakefront Lounge has Valet parking and Security is on the premises at all times.

 

 VIP SECTIONS:

$250.00 per section

Seating approximately 8-12 people depending on the section If your VIP section is free of charge, the above amount will not apply and bottle service is not included.
 
1.      Complementary Moet Champagne or $100.00 off bottle service.  You may apply that $100.00 towards any other beverage of your choice.   
 
2.      An unlimited list, your guest will be admitted free of charge from 9pm-11pm only.
 
3.      Please email your guest list 12 hours before your event to Dishonhayne@gmail.com. Please note your party name and event date
 
4.      A deposit of $100.00 is required in order to guarantee your section.  We do not reserve or save VIP section(s) without payment.  All payments are final.  Payments may be made by calling 504-382-6803. We accept all major Credit Cards.
 
5.      All balances must be paid in full 48 hours prior to the date of your function.  
 
6.      No outside food in allowed, Dish on Hayne is a full service restaurant.  See VIP Dish a la carte menu below
 
7.      While we do not sale or bake cakes, there is a Cake Fee to bring your cake to the Lakefront lounge: $50.00-Includes plates, utensils, napkins, table and table cover
 
8.      You may only have 6 balloons per VIP section which must be weighted; you may not tie the balloons to anything.

9.      No Refunds are not permitted, however you may reschedule your event.  Your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date.  You have 6 months from your original event date to reschedule your VIP section.  If you do not reschedule your event within the 6 month time period, your deposit/payments will be forfeited.

10.  Customers are not allowed to arrange/book personal entertainment (singers, dancers, brass bands, comedians etc...) in or on the lakefront lounge premises during our business hours.

11.  If you order catering you are responsible for the full amount of the catering, whether you show or not.  Any cancelations of catering must be done 48 to 24 hours before your event date either person or by calling and speaking the person who you received your contract from when placing the order.  Once you have placed your catering order you will receive a contract from Dish. A 30% deposit (of the total) is required in order to secure your catering.  Please make sure you included your name, event date and the VIP you have.  Payments can be made by phone or in person.  We accept all major CC.  If you pay by phone, you must sign your CC receipt before going to your section. Your catering contract will be sent to you via email.  If you pay in person your will receive a copy of your contract as a receipt of payment. 

No refunds are permitted. Your catering is handled by the DOH restaurant; please email us at Dishonhayne@gmail.com with your catering request.

All food orders must be placed with the Restaurant Manager one week prior to your event date via email. Dishonhayne@gmail.com

* Means that food item serve between 20 – 25 People per pan  

**Means items may also be purchased by the half pan

Included in your price is a table cloth, 6 inch plates, napkins and utensils.

All items above are priced per hotel pan and served buffet style.
